Hi guys Im really new to this... I sent the FOS questionaire to Rbos with regards to my overdraft and tghe fact i was advised by my branch in 1998 that in order to have an overdraft i MUST have loanguard. They sent me an acknowledgement letter in July and i havent heard anything since, On checking my online bank statement i noticed this On 9 Sep 2011 we reduced Overdraft Loanguard for the previous period from £7.26 to £0.00. They have again added loanguard payment to my account this month, I was just wondering if anyone has had this too? Im not even sure if they are g
