Hi ...hope you can help..very informative so far and has helped a lot. I am completing form N244 to halt action from Sherforce high court bailiffs re water charges from Yorkshire Water. I have recently been made redundant and have no way of paying the huge fees. I have had an unpaid CCJ issued from Northampton county court, which yorkshire water has now taken to high court and trying to recover costs from me. The original ccj was through Northampton CC and the most recent high court judgement was through Leeds county court...I believe i should take this to Leeds courts, where i live...is this true... ?
