I’m writing to let you know that there have been a number of developments within our service which has meant that we’re taking a closer look at the issues you’ve brought to our attention. We’re doing so to ensure that we’re providing the fairest answer and that we are consistent with our approach to these cases. What this means, for now, is that your case is on hold. I
  2. My basic question is regardless is if i do not agree with the initial outcome of the fos, is there a second level to go to?
  3. Okay.. to be clearer.. the fact a bank doesnt even know its own method of working from high level to low level. The fact i had to jump through hoops to know anything whatsoever. The fact their system can allow an account to be opened from three years ago. The fact there head office is simply incompetent. The fact i had to investigate the cheque myself when technically i could of seen it already if i paid for a copy No i did no ppi claim, that rests on the other banks fault for sending it to a three year old address. In actual fact, its lucky the account wasnt abused w
  4. Noone else, this is what gets me a bit, even the laziest human being to have graced the earth remains to.....do nothing, the only other person was an office fellow who was made redundant in december and they took another guy on a few weeks ago
  5. not that i recall... i didnt think agency counted as part of the redundancy
  6. This is my experience so far. I was a victim of identity theft on an account opened at a three year old address where i hadnt lived I only discovered this due to my credit file. I called the bank....the bank themselves told me to go into branch and hand identification. Confirmed. went to the bank got a statement out and changed address, all information A cheque had been paid in by the person who comitted the crime. I asked for details, said i would need to pay to get the copy of the cheque, couldnt at that precise minute. Contacted the banks head office just to get
  7. No i believe your right, sadly my agency time working there counted into the two years but 3 months as agency sadly! I dont know it just irritates me when there was a person far more ready to be chosen for selection due to being a lazy...wotsit. Basically started an apprenticeship...failed that...went to stores..failed that. Now does nothing but somehow im chosen for selection. When the real reasoning is because they want to stretch someones limits to my job and help with another but because i didnt have a manual license was unable to do it... As i said sort of nice company but the fair
  8. i did notice, adequate timing on their part. I was never given a contract. Hr said 'we dont do that here' when taken on. Thats across the board.
  9. i did take a look, i mean..does the procedure they followed sound ok?
  10. listen, in all honesty.......this is my 10ps worth and im not keyed up very well.. however...noone is above you or below on a human scale..yeah they have a 'position' above you..Noone should be screaming at you. Your first port of call is to start looking for another job role, if you want to take the company on...it depends what the best outcome is, as in endgame. Now someone did mention a punch in the face..im all on that suggestion, but punch in the face doesnt achieve much. Theres many more ways to sting someone on a personal scale..regardless.. the overview is its just a
  11. right to start off, i liked working for my employer, its not to much of a suprise i was made redundant but.. Okay ive worked for the company for the last two years. early december 2015 i started work, through an agency, the probationary period was three months. Anyway before xmas they decded to take me on and i would go on company at the end of probation. okay last november instead of a percentage rise they would do appraisals last january early feb this year (the first every for me) and actually the first set of appraisals for people working there for 3 or 4 years. so last frida
  12. yeah no he doesnt claim anything. Im aware uc is now an all in one payment, before it was introduced you had to go through hoops etc. that was all i was asking.i do not intend to be on it for long to be fair but as an interim thing.
  13. Hi long story short. ive been made redundant. I do not plan on being jobless for long but in the interim regarding universal credit, im currently renting a room, question being, would it be problematic for the landlord?
  14. No my initial statement confirms I'm not certain it was her. Asides from everything went to that address and the cheque was put in the next town across due to a branch not in the town where the address is. Why also would I open an account at an address i lived at 2.5 years ago Third the cheque in and subsequent deposits quickly taken out and the account left dormant until I've just found it on my credit file.
  15. They are, santander are going to get the cheque so i can see exactly who the cheque was from. Surely as the branch shows quite clearly where it was put in,do they not keep branch cctv records to confirm who put it in? i will update the thread when i get a response from them.
