  1. Hi Baz1994 Send them either an email or letter, stating that you are fed up of replying to the same question on the phone and to contact you via email or letter.
  2. Hi all, I had the same problems with FOS and my case was with them since July 2012. Last week I sent an email to Tony Boorman, complaining of the lack of service, no replies to emails, phonecalls and stated that I would be complaining to my MP and amazingly my case is being put to the top of the queue.
  3. Sorry should have said the full amount by direct debit each month and this spiteful amendment was on Callcredit, but Equifax and Experian are fine.
  4. I am taking Welcome Finance to court and because of that, my credit report was fine until March 2013 and when I checked again this month, they had changed to arrangement payments to £100.00 a month from June 2010 till August 2011, even though I was paying by direct debit each month!
  5. Hi, I was with GP and being charged PPI. Tthe FOS are handling it, going after Sterling Insurance. I put GP with FOS, who then chased Sterling Insurance. You can Sterling Insurance details on web, contact them and if no luck fill out FOS form and put them in. According to FOS, Sterling Insurance has admitted liabilty, but be aware, its a long wait.
  6. Hi I received a PCN for stopping in a box juction New Kings Rd j/w Bagleys Lane and in fact it is New Kings Rd j/w Harewood Terrace. I have attached the picture which is on the front of the PCN, which clearly shows that I am not in the box junction, they cannot fine with an incorrect infromation can they? Please can I have a reply asap.
