i will keep it brief i recived a letter of kennsington solisitors saying i have 7 days to pay my arrears of 4.500 and then they will apply for a eviction date. i had a susspened order bk in oct 2008. this debt is a seccured loan and the total ammount is 4.500.it should have been cleared earlier this year. i realy am so scarred that this is it now that once they give me a eviction date i will have to hand my castle over i have a two yr old 14 and 21. yr old i suffer from real bad deppresion .witch hasnt helped and my hubby is self employed, and work has been so up and down but he has just got a contract for at least 18 months . so the work will be. i have also suffered with my mum nearly dying three times and is in hospital for 18 months i am a only child and having to support my dad aswell im ready to throw it all in. i have a appointment with shelter on monday but im so scared that this is the end . i have looked a recent charges and they are over 100 pound a month withch means any money i pay just goes on costs. i know for defo i can pay 200 a month witch was the origanal amount to pay. pls someone help is all lost for me.
