  2. hi ive been trying to negotiate with several paydayloan companies, but a few are being extremely obstinate, have made repeated offers to start paying be it only apound, but they keep replying that they will accept the pound but wont freeze interest or charges, can anyone advise?
  3. hi there i am trying to arrange payments to quickquid and they keep sending me this email when i ask for details to set up standing order.the advise ive received from here is never give them new card detailsany help on what i should do next would be very very gratefully received thanks Thank you for contacting us to inquire about how to pay off your balance. The acceptable payment methods used by Quick Quid are: Bank Account, Debit Card, PayPal/Credit Card, Bankers Cheque or Cashiers Cheque. Unfortunately, we do not accept pre-paid debit cards, credit cards, standing orders, giro slips, or provide an account number that you can make cash payments into. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The payment plan we can offer is detailed below

  5. hi admin can you close this thread please thanks kindly
  6. also just tried to make a complaint with the oft but she told me she needed lots of consumers to complain about them to do anything about it as they cant do individual cases
  7. hi im having problems with cash genie,i got into difficulties after my partner being made redundant with one days notice.i offered cah genie a pound a month till my circumstances change but they rejected it and kept asking for 20 a month which i kept informing them i did not have,,this was on top of b.sillence accusing me of deceit and of being in a dmp when i made the app, which are both untrue, anyhow now they have passed it to their legal dept today, even though they previously sent me a letter on the 27th july stating that it was passed to carter forbes and that they had added 50 for a business fee, today they told me it would be passed to carter forbes in two weeks,on top of that i had a call today off a manic sounding gent claiming that i had made an app with paydayiseveryday(cash genie)and that i was to go online to complete application,,i never made such application,,i emailed cashgenie saying i believed it was a phishing attempt to gain my bank details and they replied It is our choice as to when we wish to pass your account over. If we have delayed this then you don’t really have a course for concern. Pay day is every day is a company that is within the cash genie brand name- we lend from this company and as in your terms and conditions as well as all applicants we are able to use the information you provide us for marketing purposes. The other complaints are based on my personal and professional opinions and the complaints will be answered by our head of legal and not myself- I am entitled to pass my own opinions across when trying to resolve an issue within my own department. I can confirm that we have today started looking at legal proceedings so that a fair judgment can be reached with this account. The main cause for concern is you have a debt that is rising and you are legally responsible for this. I hope that we can now get this sorted. I hope the complaints will get you the answers you need, although I am certain they wont help you find a resolution to paying this debt with which we have now decided to pursue through the courts have made complaint to fos today regarding their behaviour, can anyone give me some advice please im at my wits end
