  1. You think you have problems!!! My ex was assessed at paying just £50 a week for three children - he earns over a grand a week. He doesn't see the children which is his own choice not mine or theirs (the children). He asked me to cancel the CSA chasing him for back payments. I agreed as like you I do not want to screw him over just get the appropriate monies due to my children for their upkeep. I go out about three times a year - yes a year but he , now having turned nasty (new girlfriend I think has influenced this) insists I go out every night and have different men every night. This month (August) he refused to pay saying he couldn't afford it. I 've decided he's not worth the lousy fifty quid a week he pays and have told him were to shove it. I too am a single Mum and yes its hard but they are my children and I will bring them up accordingly and will make sure they do not go without the basic human rights of a Mothers love and support, a roof over their heads and food in their tummy's. He'll will have to answer to them when they are old enough to ask questions. If your ex(s) are paying happily DO NOT rock the boat just adjust your budget accordingly. I hope your partner is back on his feet soon x
  2. I have just had a look at CCS enforcement LTD and it seems they have been bought out by Rundles. I did a check on the bailiff register and it seems they only have four bailiffs registered under CCS and none of the named are who I was dealing with, When I searched Rundles they have none!! I'm getting very confuse now
  3. Morning guys, Thanks for your replies. The council is Hastings Borough Council. The payment plan was only agreed over the phone, the lady at the council rang the company (CCS Enforcement) and said they agreed. I then got a phone call with half an hour from the bailiff saying he didn't agree to it. I knew that the council could recall the case from the bailiff at any time they choose and I have asked them about this several times but they just refuse to do it. The thing is I'm not sure I have a leg to stand on as I do owe the money, Does anyone know about the warrant of execution? The first one is coming up to being a year old, can they get another one just like that???
  4. Hi guys, I am new to all this so please forgive any errors. I have a bailiff chasing me for two PCN'S (Parking Charge Notices -I believe this is correct!). I am not disputing that I owe them or anything like that and I am quite aware they need to be paid. However, my problem is quite simply that I can not afford to pay them all in one go. They total together nearly £1000. I have tried to make arrangements to pay but I hit a brick wall every time. I have been to my local council who agreed to accept a payment plan and they notified the bailiff they were happy to accept it. However, the bailiff refused it. I went back to council who told me the bailiff was in his rights to do this. I tried the bailiff company who said it was up to the individual bailiff if they were happy to accept a payment plan so they were of no help. I really am at the end of my tether, I can not afford to lose my car as my Son has health problems which may require immediate medical attention although it may not be an emergency so I need to be able to get him to out local hospital or to a London hospital straight away. I have been trying for nearly a year now to get this sorted but I am having no luck at all, If they had accepted my payment plan this would be nearly cleared off now. Is there anything I can do to stop this or arrange a payment plan? The bailiff can not be the end of the road can it? I have contacted Northampton county court where the warrant of execution was issued but they too said it was down to the bailiff. I have recently become a single parent so it is even more important that I get this sorted, I don't want to be afraid to answer the door anymore. I really am at the end of my tether with this and I just don't know what to do, can someone please help me Thank ou
