  1. Could you link to the videos? I seem to have other search results to them ones you mention! TBF the website doesnt look too shabby! Wont let me post a link to it
  2. Thats what I thought. I thought I had better ask just incase I had missed something that was specific to this case. Are they likely to ring the house? Whats the best method to deal with any contact without admitting liability? Hang up phone, ignore letters, laugh from a distance?
  3. Hi there! First post here, I have read the stickies on parking notices but I wanted to post to make sure im OK here This morning a friend received a parking fine of £75. It was caught on ANPR and the photo is on the document sent. Quick run down of the situation... Small carpark (aprrox 20 spaces) outside a cafe and a medium size convenience store in a recently developed dockside area. As far as I understand the central two rows of bays are for residents only, which occupy the flats above said shops. The other remaining 7-8 bays are for shop customers. The vehicle was parked in the central two rows as someone ran into the shop. The time spent in the space could been no more than 3-4 mins. The letter states that " PCN for being parked in contracention of site regulations as displayed on the signage" and "On XX-XX-XX you were the registered owner/keeper/hirer of vehicle reg mark XXXXXX". It continues.."You have been issued with a parking charge notice number XXXXXX because the vehicle was stationary or parking at XX on XX-XX-XX in contravention of the signage displayed at the location" On the back of the document is states 5 reasons that this could be challenged, usual expected stuff, emergency vehicles, stolen etc. Should I ignore this letter or pay the fine? £75 is alot for less than 5 mins, when there were plenty of other bays free. You can also see the person in the vehicle. How did they get this address? Many thanks for your help
