:grouphug:i so understand where u come from and so glad u told mum u see i never told a single soul im very secrative i have a fab husband and family and it was my stupidity that got us further into debt and it spiralled out of my control so because of my stupidity i told myself it was up to me to get out of it and hid it for 3 yrs and how no one found out il never know but i did it i paid them all off and the pain and anguise was immense on my health and il end by saying thankgod i got rid because i couldnt have gone on much longer living that way ,so good luck and now u know from experience u too can help others on here i hope xxxx

:humble:hello welcome back u have done great sorting out those others shame quick quid are being difficult but this happens in some cases so ur next step is to contact national debt line for further advice or cccs asap they will help u to deal with the dca ie give u advice as to what to do now .national debt line are free and you can google the number and they will give u the best advice for quick quid ok but dont worry im sure ul be just ok its just best u get the correct advice from the experts and come back and let us know how u get on sunshine ,good luck chin up onwards and upwards ur nearly there

ps the direct debit re set up has been known but i doubt it but best to keep an eye in case anyway ,,personally i wouldnt pay them anything at all yet until an agreements in place for a plan:whoo:

:behindsofa:HI no quick quid usually freeze interest well they did with me and others ,no if u want to pay them a token payment then do so but not with ur bank card or by dd u can ask them after the day or the day before u default for there account paypal number but normally they wont help until after u default.when u have defaulted sunshine the day after email them again asking for a payment plan reminder they will usually respond 24 hrs later so sit tight hang on in there as quick quid are turning the corner slightly helping people with plans But the p[lan may not be long enough for u and if not send a reply stating firmly u cant agree as its so much money u cant afford ok and never give them ur expenditure details either/please dont panic it will be fine but the worst case scenario is itl get sent to a dca which in almost all cases u can negotiate what u can afford to pay ..now have a brew and stop worrying no one will knock on ur door wel help u out of this ok x

you email them again and again until u have a payment plan in place:razz:

quick quid do 3 and six months payment plans ask for six months u may get or not

also type in at the top ur lenders for research on others that may help ok:whoo:

:deadhorse:when u cancel ur card as lost also tell them that u want an assurance nothing will go through from the old card unfortunatly in some cases the bank do let things go through but then u ask them for a charge back but normally like myself did i was ok with lloyds.go get em now and remember stay firm u can do this and sit down and have a cuppa u wont get taken to court ok x

:plane:hello no default with them asap the sooner u do the sooner u will get a payment plan in place ,cancel ur bank card report as lost get a new one and cancel all direct debits to them until a plan is agreed .you can do this we all have and if u dont cancel ur card etc they will raid ur bank account ..email them tell them ur defaulting then ask for an acceptable payment plan asap then after u default ie after the payments was due the day after email them again requesting a payment plan and stickto ur guns dont talk on the phone to them unless its live chat only email and keep all emails they send u ..dont worry ul be absoulutly fine i promise come back and keep us posted how u get on and for more advice x

Hello i beg to differ re above message i wouldnt take any chances with payday loan companies i would definaatly order a new card as banks have been known to let payments go through so to be safe thats what im advising you only have to read other forums re banks letting payments go through so its not worth the stress

:behindsofa:hello please dont go by an advice from qq it must be in writing as otherwise they may take from ur accounts re banks so now id get all direct debits to them cancelled and report ur bank card as lost and get a new one

Qq raided my bank account when ano agreement was in place ie rollover but because of this i got them to give me a plan for 3 months and paid them off and paid them by paypal but unfortunatly they wont take prepaid cards only debit cards and dd but once a plan is in place keep the email confirming this and only make sure on the day ur loans due that the amount u owe them is in ur account and take out any other money u have in case of a raid

And don't give any one ur new bank details come back here on advice on how to pay them x
