HI, I subcontract to a company (Lets call it 'A') who sub to another (lets call them B) who sub to (company C) C have paid B but B have not paid A and A are not paying us citing non-payment by B as reason. They have plenty of cash flow and can afford and I know that my only recourse is to issue a claim against A... AS I wil not be paid on agreed date this friday, I will incur bank charges. I intend to go to small claims - can I claim for the bank charges?
