hi , not sure what you mean about what order its all happened in...begining of july they asked me to leave on amicable terms, having for the past 2 years accepted a slightly lower rent, they said they would release me from the remaining 4 years of lease at no cost to me, they said they didnt like the breakfast trade i had, and they wanted a more corporate style cafe, with no outside interests, referring i guess to the fact we do outside catering. they said they would email a copy of the minutes of our meeting, this has not happened, dispit repeated asking from me,..there have been NO demand for payment letters at all, over the past years, and no letter of eviction or anything like that....is this a bit clearere..i do feel duped...have i been?

hi, advice needed, i met with my landlords 4 weeks ago, they said they wanted me to leave and break the lease at no cost to me, they had been accepting a slightly lower rent payment for the last 2 years, no paperwork has ever been sent to me saying "payup" they said they had no plans for the building, but they didnt like the breakfast trade that i had, and wanted a more corperate cafe on their site, they were keen not to effect my other 2 sites, all they wanted was the building left in a clean state, which has been done, now i find out that another firm is going in..they promised a email with what we had discussed that has never arrived, although i am chasing for this..is there anything i can do
