Can anything be done about an LA ignoring Certificate of Entitlement DLA using system to set up as a vexatious litigant to be ignored? How can they and every London Council & MP ignore the Chronically Sick and Disabled Act 1970 ? Is this not Civil Liberties Abuse seen in lack of disabled parking provision & harrassment with parking tickets with no fair hearing because of no designated parking at the Angel so one is likely to get another PCN raising the issue..NB Islington e petition & Pledgebank
