  1. Hi, I sold something on e-bay which the buyer became unhappywith and they contacted e-bay who gave a refund. The item was returned to me but it appears tohave been damaged in the post. However,the buyer/sender refused to contact the Royal Mail to make a claim and will notsupply me with proof of posting for me to do this. Who do I make the claim about the damaged item. The buyer or e-bay? Thanks
