Please please help me i have a washing machine ive had it since 2007 and its never been right since the day i have had it, ive now had 22 call outs to it and now im asking for a replacement and they have said no. They have been and replaced the shocks 18 times and now they have put cable ties on and think thats ok which i dont. Its mastercare whatever happens, im sick of it now please if some one can help me please get in touch. thank you
