  1. It's not so much the size of the TV that I'm concerned about, more the range. The model number initially on the website (the one I based the order on) is for a 3D Panasonic model. The one I received was a fairly standard model. When they called me, they said it wasn't a 55" model, but a 50" model. I wasn't told it was from a different range.
  2. Hi, I recently ordered a TV from the Argos website that was labelled as the Panasonic TXP55VT30. This was at a lower price than one would expect to find this model. The actual description did not match the features of this model. I ordered it purely based on the model number advertised. The order was accepted, but before it was delivered, I got a call from their customer services saying there was a mistake on the website with the model number, and it was 50" rather than 55". I wasn't told what the actual model was, but asked on more than one occasion whether the correct model was of the same range, and was told it was, just the size was 50". The TV delivered was actually a Panasonic TXP50U30. The website has since been updated to show this model number. As I ordered on the basis of the model number, and was told when they called me that it would be a TV from this same range, just a smaller screen size, do I have any right to actually ask for the TXP50VT30 as I was led to believe this is what would be being delivered...? Thanks in advance for your help on this. James
