Thanks for the advice, just got off phone again second time today and their reply is always the say "you should receive a phone call off the engineer by the end of today" No third party involved, put a claim in for bodywork but has been written off! Do they have a deadline for the amount of time it takes to sort it out! I've been waiting for the insurers to call me back for over a week! So I just got to plod along and find a new car with no car or no settlement figure!

Hi there I'm wondering if someone can help me. I've got a claim going for my car insurance its a write off but I haven't had a settlement figure and the hire car is due back this Wednesday. I live in a village and need a car to get around, I haven't got use of another vehicle. Will I be liable for the charges of the hire car after my 14 days? Thanks please help me my time is running out

Thank you for your mail back the information was just what i thought. Debt collectors are writing to threating door step collections. I haven't accknowledged them had one knocking on my door (wescot) but nothing since. I wondered if I could send them a CAA request as they are offering discount and full and final settlement. Any advise would be good thanks

Hi 1st time user and post I was wondering if anyone could help me in anyway. I have several debts which was getting paid through i company called Eurodebt at £65pm. I stopped the DD Jan 10 and haven't paid anything since. I started using Eurodebt 2003/2004. They dealt with my creditors I haven't had any contact with my creditors since around 2002. I am receiving phone calls and letters but don't answer my phone or contact them. I was wondering it my debt would be in the 6year clock or not because Eurodebt was dealing with them on my behalf. Any help would be great, thanks
