haze you are so right they are vile 3 times i have tried to claim ppi and 3 times they have blocked it dont know why because i am claiming from the direct group they are truly evil people and i hope that one day they find themselves in the same situation. and you are right some of them who ring you are horrible especially the women..

michelle they are a truly vile company to deal with and their attitude when you speak to them is disgusting they have no sympathy with people its a pity loads of people cant get together and put one big complaint into the fos then surely they would have to investigate them

hi michelle they rang me yesterday and told me they would put it on hold for now and they would refund me the money they had charged me for sending the letter threatening court action but not sure why they did this hopefully they are running scared juban x

hi michelle i have not really had any joy from blemain though i am in contact with a firm who are checking if the loan was missold blemain are aware of this and have tried to ring me to discuss it so fingers crossed i will keep you posted jubanx

hi pgh i have spoken to the cab and they think i need more specialist help but dont know from who,i am at my wits end and after being off sick for most of last year this stress is not helping me

i am actually now in the process of claiming the ppi even though blemain said the company had gone bust the fscs wrote and told me it had not .i have also wrote a complaint to the ombudsman but dont hold out much hope,after putting in writing to me they were not regulated by the fsa or cca i went on the website and that was another lie i just feel like throwing the towel in now as i cant afford a solicitor to check whether this loan was missold.by the way i am not 75

hi i have stsrted a claim for the ppi and have actually spoken to the company who are supposed to have gone bust and blemain still stating they have charge on my house as the loan was secured against it they are saying its a second mortgage and they have a right to reposses it

blemain are saying they have a charge on the property so we can be made to sell

we thought it was a loan but they are saying its a second mortgage

the loan was for 50,000
