Hi is there a place I can go to for templates for excessive business bank charges for a ltd company (they kept sending me overdrawn and then charging me) they have told me there is over £600 in charges applied to the account, I tried using personal account template letters but they have written back stating that its a business account but i cant find any templates anywhere, please help someone????
