Thanks for replying cerberusalert so quickly. I should have explained that at the moment I still own the address where the letters are going to and it's up for sale so the letters will continue to go there, so perhaps I need to do something to put a stop to them.

At the end of last year and beginning of this year 2 letters were sent by Mackenzie Hall addressed to the same person to an address I had been using for post, whilst I was in the thros of moving to France. They were given to me by a friend. I opened the first letter, which requested the person to contact them but did not say why. Both letters were returned as 'Not known at this address' as I did not believe that they were for me as the name was spelt incorrectly and the title was also incorrect. I have now received a letter, sent to a different address I lived at 2 years ago, from Tocatto stating that I owe an amount of money to Lowell Financial Ltd - Shop Direct. I have never heard of these people before and I know that I am not in debt to anyone and most certainly have never purchased anything from Shop Direct, whoever they are. I lived at this address for 15 years and have not received anything like this before. I assume the 3 letters are all connected to the same thing. I married 3 years ago and have lived in france for 2 years. Can someone advice me how to proceed please, Should I contact them, in which case I would have to give them my new name and address.
