  1. Despite raising this over a year ago I got nowhere fast. I am now ready I think to try my luck in the small claims court Please can Vodafone get back to me with their registered address or service of papers
  2. i'm really sorry to sound thick and stupid but i dont understand what either of you are saying here... can you please let me know if you think i have a case here as they can neither provide a contract or terms and conditions that i have clearly agreed to. the main point to this if im honest isn't with a view to getting any money back, more to remove the entry from my credit file. please reply thanks
  3. If any1 could give me some pointers on what they think of this letter and any suggested improvements / laws and legislation i can quote or things to add / remove to give it weight I would be hugely grateful! I am looking to dispute a mobile agreement which was mis-sold and get some money back / hopefully get my credit file ammended Thankyou __________________________________________________________________ Account No: ****** Re: Mis-Selling Complaint & Notification Of Intended Legal Action _______________________________________________________________

  5. I have emailed VF using the link that has just been provided, with my name and address on it. I have paid this debt fully back, under duress, and now want to challenge it. Surely if they didnt explain things, send me a copy of an agreement or any terms and conditions or make me aware of any they cant just charge people what they want and then screw their credit file up. I know they are going to say they wrote to me and this will be there defence... BUT... when I didnt know we had a contract and this was sold as a benefit whilst in the employ of the company,,, why would I need to
  6. Hi, Can anyone tell me if I have cause for complaint? In a nutshell: I took out a Vodafone FEAST staff account whilst in employment with the company as a store manager about 2 and a half years ago on the advice of a colleague (I had only just joined the company at the time so didnt know anything about the feast deal or how it worked) The agreement was taken out over the phone with someone from their employee accounts team. So far so good. Phone sent to me and I continued on my merry way. Now I left shortly after taking this out (my stay at vodafone was a very short one
  7. can't find anything on this on the forums or the net... would love to know where youve seen it so i can hopefully use this case law! thanks
  8. i took duncton to court last march re a car repo and won
  9. Hi All, I currently have a complaint against the halifax regarding a default notice on my credit file. In a nutshell i had an overdraft which i didn't pay off and halifax issued a default notice and closed the account and passed to a DCA. In a actual fact they never sent a default notice, or I didn't receive it if they did send it. The account was opened way back in 1997. They defaulted me in 2009 and i paid the account off in 2010 in full, in one payment, to their DCA. Halifax updated my file to say default satisfied. I pushed and pressed the halifax and num
