Just one more question before i send my claim as i said the account is in both our names we both have to sign cheques so does it have to be a claim by both of us as on filling the form there is no where to put joint names. Just dont want to make any mistakes. Thanks

HI All i am trying to fill in the moneyclaim form to claim back charges made to my account have done all the before letters to A&L and got nowhere 2 questions the account is in joint names so do i have to put both our names as claimants or can i put just mine also when i put in A&L address the bootle one it keeps coming up that the address is not in England or Wales. Many thanks
