My CC claim was issued 15/03.

Posted letter to my manager dated 30/1/06 requesting refund of charges since Oct 05, nil reply. Posted letter to my manager dated 7/2/06 again requesting refund of charges since Oct 05, nil reply. Posted letter to my manager dated 20/2/06 requesting ALL charges over the last six years and quoting all the reasons why they should be refunded. He replied saying that my last letter must have crossed with his earlier response to my two previous letters and enclosed a copy "for my use". It was a standard reply saying that I would not get a refund. I have replied stating that if the bank does not respond to my request I shall commence proceedings as detailed therein.
