  2. hi im new here so please bear with me,i have loans with greenwoods and im struggling to pay them since becoming ill and living off benefits,,i missed a few payments and had a phone call from the manger two weeks ago ,,i explained my situation and he said as long as i make token payments then that would be fine at the moment,,i made what he called a token payment of £10 for three loans which i really couldnt afford,,my agent has texted me today saying that the manager has told her unless greenwoods get a payment of £8.99 off me today then she will be fined £10, and that is £10 for every client that doesnt pay,, i know this is true as its been happening at provident too,,surely it isnt legal for them to fine agents ,,, my agent is my friend its disgusting the way they are being treated i know all agents where i live have signed a petition and there is a big meeting in may ,,,seems to me that they exploit customers and agents alike ,,,im thinking of writing to my local paper about this ,,,,any advice is it legal for greenwoods to fine agents for non payment
