  2. Thanks for the replies so far... 1) No mention in contract regarding this agreement. 2) No I wasn't made aware of any such agreement. 3) I've phoned the union head office, and I'm waiting response, I won't hold my breath though. 4) Yes i work Mon-Fri.
  3. Hi Everyone. Can i rack your brains for a minute and ask if this seems in order or have i been shafted? I've recently been on the sick for a period of 8 weeks and during that time we've had all the bank holidays over Easter etc, during this time i've been sick. My company works as if you work the bank holidays you receive a day in lieu, so while ive been sick they stopped my sick pay on these days and paid me full pay therefore me now losing my lieu days, which account towards my 28 days holiday a year. I've taken this up with the company and they've said it was an agreement wit
