Hi Darren, I travelled with Thomas Cook to the Maldives last september and had an awful holiday. I have written to TC several times and am getting nowhere. They cherry pick the answers they wish to give, of which they are very unsatisfactory. Would you be able to forward me your correspondence with TC as I think it will assist me with my claim.
