This was done in my case too basically the slaes man pressurised me with his practices to sign on the spot.He was saying that there is only a limit amount of a time and is a good deal and blah blah....another thing is because I wasn't aware about all these dirty tricks being from another country he took the ADVANTAGE of me BIG TIME.I did ring him to cancel in fact but again he managed to trick me again and say is not possible.When I swapped my course in 2010 for Mcse they gave me MCSA.So there is the error once again second one.I have the email where the administrator says that I can pay 80 pounds to swap my course for MCSE.I received MCSA and from there I keept fighting with them asking where is my course.Today she admited on the phone that was an error.Hold on I said you are playing with my money.Why do you think salesman drives BMW? Because of his dirty ways of selling courses?Also to mention that these books worth 100 pounds So 2000 grand for what?They don't care about you, you call them don't answer,if email as well no answer.Tutor is online as if is not....all is just a big mess.I will never reccommend them to anyone.

I got your point but how come they cannot find out such a simple thing when you tell them whom has done damage to you.Sounds like they are not really well prepared to sustain a case.Let's see what they tell you regarding your matter. Please keep in touch.

I did that last night and the guy from Ombusdman checked and told me the erronate info that HLC from kent is liquidated since 2009.Even them cannot help they said. So in your case how far have you gone with your case?Any good?

So they are saying this is the one here is the address Home Learning College 1st Floor County House 221 - 241 Beckenham Road Beckenham Kent BR3 4UF Ombusdman said they are the ones which I am on about as well.Is this the same company which you are talking too?

I spoke to them about HLC based in Kent which they say is the only College with that address.Not sure what are you talking about?What is tha number for?

I have contacted Ombudsman , they cannot help.They told me HLC was liquidated in 2009 November.How come they didn't told me anything about it and refund me my money ?How come they can still sign on people even today?Is anyoane here to give legal advice within this matter?How can we go legal agains them?

Guys I have same problem with Home Learning College based in Kent.It has been two years and paid them 2000 pounds for a course.The salesman came at my door in 2009 and misslead me with a web designing course ,after a while because the support from the college it doesn't exist I got stuck and asked them that I am not able to get any support and the courrse itself was far to expensive checking what others offer was the same thing for 300 pounds.Havinf said that I ask them then to refund my money back because I am not satisfied with the course,they said that is not possible then I asked them to swap it for MCSE and they send me MCSA claiming that in order to do MCSE I have to do MCSA first.I had to pay as well for the swap another 80 pounds.I started first assignment then I realised that this is not MCSE like I did require.Support from the tutor doesnt't exist.IF THAT IS THE CASE can I recover my 2000 pounds because I am not happy with them?If yes what is the best thing to do?I do have some emails as a proof where I told them things about it but I had telephone conversations with them too about the cancelattion and money matter.How shall I tackle this problem in this case?I need to get my 2000 pounds back.Many thanks
