Hi, not sure if i am doing this properly but i am in exacactly the same boat as you. I have started proceeding against abbey and they have offered me £1330 half of what i am claiming. I am a little scared about going to court. If any thing else happens with you let me know!

Me V Abbey Hi, i'm new to all this and not sure what i am doing! I am in the middle of reclaiming my bank charges. I am claiming back £2660, i have already been given £300 by Abbey as a good will gesture which they put in my bank account before i could say No. I have taken them to court and they have offered me half of what i am claiming and not sure wether to take this as i am a little scared about taking them to court as i only represent myself as i can't afford a solilitor. Can someone please give me some advice? Thanks

Hi, i am new to all this so a little confused!! I have started a claim with the Abbey to claim back my bank charges. I recieved a letter back from them with statements from the last two years and then the rest were on micromeche which i didn't really understand? What do i do now? I realise i need to write down all the charges but is there a template for me too take this one step further as i am crap at writing letters!! Not sure where to turn. PLEASE HELP
