i was having trouble with a insurance company who had reinsured my husbands van even thou i had canceled it they said i could not cancel it as it was not in my name but i was paying out of my bank account they still refused to cancel it i phoned them up and a full scale war broke out they told me i would pay or they would take me to court i got in touch with the financial ombnudsman he took over and got it sorted of course they backed down goes to show bullys dont allways win

hi can any one help i have the same problem with bannatynes i have to have a operation becouse i have a hernya in me tummy that i got at bannatynes gym becouse i did not have proper supervision i have been a member for 3 years and i was told by one of there staff if i got a doctors letter i could give 1 months notice becouse i can not use the facilitys i gave the the letter from the hospital on 3rd march but they took a payment out of my bank in april when i asked them about this they stated i would also have to pay for may i disagreed with that so they aplied to there head office i receved a letter from there head office to day saying they want a payment for may and a cancelation fee as well do i have any rights ?
