Hi there..... I am about to go to Florida on the 21st and have booked the Marriot World resort Florida, it looked great, free transfers, 3 miles from Disney, excellent. However looking on trip advisor people are being charge $16 return per person for transfers to the parks. The brochure and first choices website state free transfers, i have sought some advice and they are in breach of their agreement, furthermore i believe they have commited an offence under the Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. I was wondering if anyone on here knew a good solicitor for claim cases or if anyone had any advice? Many thanks in advance, great forum
