  10. Can anyone advise me, I`ve written to shAbbey asking for my money and I`m waiting for a reply. What happens if I do have to file for a claim? Can I use the County Court, as my claim is over £5000 WITH OUT THE INTEREST ADDED!! Any advice greatfully received!!
  11. Hi Michelle Have been reading this thread and you are at exactly the same point as myself and have been asking the questions that I have been asking myself! So just to get things clear, you have put all your charges on to a simple spread sheet including those that you have no statements for(these you have estimated by working out an average for a month),and have included the 8% interest. Have you now sent that with the Preliminary approach for repayment letter? Hope it`s going well Nikki

  16. H i Timwils How long did it take to get the microfiche statments? I`m still waiting for mine. How do you go about complaining to Info Comms Office? How did you get address?
  17. Hi I`m waiting for a response to my letter requesting the last 6 years statements. I`ve had the standard one from them about microfiche not being covered by DPA but during the 40 days time limit I`ve had a baby so my time table has gone abit off track! I`ve written pointing out that the 40 days are up but have said that I will give them a further 7 days to comply before I make a complaint to the Data Commisoner, which is up on Friday. Have I done the right thing and has anyone actually made a complaint, how do I go about this?
