I have obtained a default CCJ against Bannatynes for my terminally ill wife however Bannatynes are now trying to have this set aside by claiming they did not receive either the claim form or the default judgment. I have evidence that they have claimed not to receive other correspondence from me. However I wonder if anyone else has any evidence of this as it may well be useful when I attend the set aside hearing.
