  1. Hi everyone, I have defaulted on the loan I have with Wonga. I had emailed them and they sent me back an email with the income and expenditure form. I have filled this in and sent it back to them (wish I had come here first). I got an email today saying that they want documentation as to why I cannot afford to repay the loan in full - do I need to provide them with this. I have tried twice to cancel the continuous payment authority with RBS but they say that it is not a continuous payment authority it is an instalment payment so I've got no luck there. Any help would be much appreciated!
  2. Could someone help. I too am struggling with my repayments on my loan and asked for a reduced payment. They have sent me an income and expenditure form but are asking for payslips, bank statements etc. What documentation do I need to give them? Thanks for your help.
  3. I too have a PPI claim against Welscum. I am also hanging fire in returning the FSCS form as I DO NOT agree to my compensation being offset against my current loan. I have never missed a payment, but I am now cancelling my direct debit and sending them a letter stating that if they are going to offset any compensation I might as well have some arrears. This also means that I get some money back from them. I too could seriously do with the compensation as it would pay off other debt that I have at the moment. Will keep looking to see how everyone is getting on.
  4. Hi there, can anyone help. I too owe a QuickQuid debt (£500). I am struggling financially at the moment and offered to repay at £10 a month. I have now had a threatening email saying that a "field agent" will be attending my home and assessing my ability to pay and go through my financial papers to determine what they think I can repay. I live with my elderly father and really don't want someone appearing at the door, and I certainly do not want to let them into my home. Is this offer too low? Do I just invite them to take me to court? Thanks for your help
