Hi, In 2009 i took out a finance agreement with vauxhall (GMAC) then 3 weeks later found out i was 16 weeks pregnant! Then 9 weeks later had my son extreamly prematurley! I informed GMAC straight away that i was struggling with the repayments! gmac were very rude and added extra costs! September 2010 i asked for a review on the agreement as to whether i could have a lower monthly payment over and longer period of time! again they were very rude! had to pay £15 for every letter that was being issued ( i have been receiving at least 4 a month! ) they agreed to lower payments by £40 but this was only after i had payed £80 for the privalage (they say) , unfortuantly i have now not got a job and am a lone parent! i spoke to gmac and they want me to voulentary give back the car! and then they will sell it at auction! but i will still be liable for the difference in cost!!! i no in advance that i still will not be able to pay after i have giving the car back! please help i am very worried! i no this will probably end up in court but dont no where i stand!
