  1. Can anyone help, i am due in court next tues 24th at 2pm and i am putting together what i will say if they turn up. I have sent them and the court all letters that the bank and I exchanged and a copy of the interview with Peter McNamara, and a copy of The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Reg. 1999 (UTCCR). Is there any part of UTCCR I could highlight or quote specifically that would be useful in court as i have read it through and its very confusing to me (too much jargon!) Thanks
  2. Thats great thanks for that. Will take them for everything they have got!!!!!
  3. Can anyone help, I am helping a friend reclaim her money and we have sent the letter before action. However since we started this she has received another £200 in charges. Do it matter if the amount we claim through the courts is more than the amount we requested in the letters we have already written to the bank? We have not issued a claim through the court yet. Thanks:???:
  4. Hi Jeep, Thanks for reply will sit and have a good read tonight. Ellie
  5. Hi binkhus, thanks for replying, i think i have covered everything, first sent letter asking for the money back along with a copy of dates and amounts. Reply had a very silly offer as full and final settlement, i rejected that and gave them a deadline to pay up in full or i would sue. Dead line passed on 16th august and not heard anything, so true to my word i am suing!! Will do it on line.
  6. Ok need serious help, have written to Barclays got dopey offer nowhere near what i am claiming, wrote back giving a deadline and not heard a thing since!! (Hope they don't think I will disappear!) Can I sue on-line? I am not very computer literate but muddling my way though. Any help with be happily received.
  7. Hi, have followed all advice on this site so far to claim my charges back from Barclays, now ready to issue a claim with the court. Please tell me, has anyone gone on-line to sue? I am nervous but determined so any help will be greatly appreciated. Ellie:confused:
