  1. Good Afternoon all Sorry to you all if I am worrying you with my problem, it is because I dont know who to turn but you all. On the 12th March during the emergency hearing, the judge granted possession to the lender to evict me on the 15th of March, However I put in another application in on the same day to have the ruling changed so I put in another 244 form and a hearing was granted for the 14th March the eve of the eviction, at that hearing the solicitor for the lender accepted that the judge give up to a month to find the money the arrears of £57000, so the judge ruled that the warrant should not proceed before the 14th of April. As I claim that I had a tennant in the house. Could you please advice me if the lender will need to apply to the court for a new eviction date in order to execute the warrant of eviction they were granted on the 12th of March, or will the baillifs come on the morning of 14th of April to evict me without notice of eviction, it is so that I can see where I am going to sleep with my son. Sorry once again for disturbing you all with my problem, I will be grateful for your help. :???: :???:

I have £80000 in equity in the property, and the judge has awarded the loan company possession order 2 years ago, the initial repayment of the loan is so high around £4000 a month, in addition the judge wanted us to pay £500 a month from the arrears on top of the contractual agreement of £4000 so £4500 a month, at that hearing we did not get legal representation so went in court by ourselves. I thought that hearing was meant for taking the house from us. and accepted the judge ruling. as it stands since that ruling we have only been able to make payment of £35000. We are now in arrears of £40000 and that is made of cost cost charges, and some of the monthly arrears, I went to court twice to stop 2 eviction, and this is the third one which is to take place on the 4th of March 2011, loan is 110k, mortgage is 30k the house is valued at 220k. Why is the government cant order those company to comply with the current economic climate if the government and all of us did not see this recession coming. the climate during which the money was lent to us was different to this one, yet the lending subprime lenders like mine refused to help the customers based on the current climate. Please can you advise something my partner with whom I jointly own the house is 75 years of age, and I am 35 years of age with a daughter of 17years of age, we are only 3 days away from being evicted.
