Hi all CAGers, My brother just received a Penalty Charge Notice from Croydon council code 33 E - Using a route restricted to certain vehicles (buses, cycles and taxis only). The PCN letter is dated 23 February, and the infringement occured Friday 18th just after 8 pm. I was driving my brother's car that night, and he got the notice because the car is registered with him - we are both insured to drive it, and both have a full UK license. Can I fight this at all, is there any chance of winning? Thanks all.
