thanks everyone , thats my evening sorted writing some formal complaints ,lets hope it works

hi im being harrassed by mackenzie hall for a debt that belongs to my partners ex girlfriend who lived at my address 15 years ago & she only lived here for 3 months. i keep gettin numerous letters and phone calls from these idiots who keep telling me that this address has been given by credit agencies as a link to this woman. ive checked our credit report & we have no link to this woman & the debt is for a mobile phone & dated 2009 . she also has a different name from when she lived here as she married 5 years ago & all the letters are in her married name.i've given them her address where she's lived for the past 15 years but still the letters come , i've tryed nice & polite with them & i've tryed angry & shouty but still the letters come. thought about a soliciters letter but why should i pay to stop this harrasment . any ideas anyone:|
