Hi All,I have been trying to work out the interest and the correct amount of PPI I am entitled to from Welcome but I am really struggling. If I posted what I have can someone tell me where I am going wrong.Thanks in advance

Thanks for your reply dx. Well at the moment I am concentrating on the 2 that welcome can deal with because the fscs are just ignoring me for some reason. Last time I posted the spreadsheet but I think it is wrong. Can it still be seen on this thread?

Hi all. Sorry to bring this thread up again but didn't want to start a new one. Things went a bit manic since I last posted and this had to be put to one side but now I am back and desperate to get my money back from welcome.

the 2006 one is being dealt with by the fscs and i am still waiting to hear back from them.

why does something else happen everytime i go to do this. Right i am doing the spread sheet right now but i am a little confused. Do i put all the payment amounts in as they are on the attachment also does it matter that some were weekly payments and some were monthly

Thanks dx, do I put it all on one spreadsheet the ppi interest and the charges. Am I allows to claim for the charges? Also this is going to take me a while shall I reply to them to tell them this, they asked for a response within 2 weeks although I do think it was just if I was accepting their offer.

You would think a court order would be enough evidence but sometimes it is not because the RP can lie and say that it is not being adhered to , keep a diary of all the times your son stays with you, also take lots of family photos that are dated so if she does this then you can send them proof.

Okay. I have scanned the paperwork for all policies in 3 parts. The calculation Welcome sent me for the amount they calculate i should get back and also the figures from the agreements both quote and final (signed) I am hoping this should be enough info because i can not find the proper agreements at the moment for the 2 past ones Also both of these were paid off and closed but on the calculation Welcome sent me it says one is open, any idea why that would happen? They want me to reply by thursday so i am wondering if i can use that as a delay tactic.
