    Ok this all seems a lomg time ago now. But I can tell you all out there who are worried like I was that all is not lost. I'll tell you later what my experience was.

    I've received a CC claim from Shakespeare Putsman LLP on behalf of NatWest for repayment of approx. £5500 overdraft. I have returned the Acknowledgment of service form having ticked the "I intend to defend all of this claim" box. I'm not sure what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated.
