  1. Hi guys, My PPI complaint with Egg was upheld (as confirmed in a letter yesterday) however the letter also stated they are unable to calculate a refund for me until the outcome of the judicial review case. If, at the end of the case, the banks were not forced to pay out any further payments in relation to PPI, would this mean I would get nothing. Or would it be a case that because they have agreed to uphold my complaint that I will get a repayment? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. I am also disappointed that the decision over the case could go on and on, causing an extra delay to the incorrectly charged consumer! Thanks 8-)
  2. Hi I've today received a letter from Egg to say my complaint re my credit card PPI claims has been upheld. However, the letter also states they cannot calculate what is due to be refunded until the outcome of the BBA's judicial review of complaints handling rules proposed by the FSA and guidence issued by the FOS. Reading posts and other sites, I've seen the decision about the case may not be decided until Easter. Does this mean that despite Egg agreeing to refund monies paid, I will have to wait even longer for the money to be returned? Anyone have any advice or know of anything that can be done to speed things up? Thanks Anth
