Roberto Please listen to Michael, he knows what he is talking about, accpet their offer as partial settlement but explain that you will be pursing them for the full amount. They will NOT pay you the money they have offered so you just go ahead with moneyclaim accordind to YOUR timetable. I listening to Michael and got £2k yesterday so just GO FOR IT!! Charlottex

Don't worry Baby hollie, My claim was acknowledged on the 8th August and I was paid up yesterday straight into my bank with no warning. It won't be long now!! Charlottex

Feeling Blue Just send the LBA with a paragraph saying that whilst you accept their kind offer of £*** as partial settlement you shall be pursuing them for the full amount of £***, add this into your LBA letter. Nona I sent two copies to Northampton and one to the bank just for good measure. I did a quick letter with my claim number and contact details on. Don't think you do have to send one to the bank but it can't do any harm can it! Charlotte

Hi Again, Feels like a spend my life on this site!! I have filed my claim and just wondered, do I need to send a copy of the charges claimed to the bank and the courts. Have read this somewhere but cannot confirm it in the FAQ's or step by step instructions. Thanks Charlotte:? :?

Hi Pompey, You need to request your statmements from the bank for the last six years but firstly I would reccommend that you read around the threads to get a idea of the process and also read the step by step guide. It seems very daunting at first but becomes much clearer the more you read. Also start a thread yourself so you can ask advice from the experts and keep us all informed of your progress. Good Luck!!
