  1. hey guys, have sent a letter today recorded delivery, also tried to pay online last night, heres what i said Customer Services Manager Orange Customer Services PO Box 10 Patchway Bristol BS32 4BQ RE : acc: 71923***/ no. 07854 483 *** Dear Customer service manager This letter is in regards to an outstanding balance I have. I have tried to pay this balance on more than one occasion, I have sent a cheque which I believe you haven’t received, I have called you payment number and they won’t take my payment and I have used you online facilities. When I go to pay online I get the message “Oops, Unfortunately we are not able to take your payment, either call 150 or try again in 24 hours.” I am happy to make payment asap, I have stopped the cheque I sent a while ago now, and as you can see have sent this letter recorded delivery this time around. Please can you get in contact with me on the above number to take payment, or alternatively give it in writing to me that you won’t take my payment. Yours Sincerely Jonathan Chalmers
  2. Cheers guys, im gonna get on blower to Orange again, ask for it in writing see what they say,
  3. what about moorcroft, i dont want this going much further to be honest, like court action etc Jon
  4. Right... Spoke to Orange this morning, they said that they cant process payment and that it is with Moorcraft, told me to speak to them. Also i think the £431.06 is for my outstanding balance + the other months i have left on contract, can they do this? also i will call Moorcaft tomoz and offer to pay what i owe at the moment and not the other 10 monthly installments that im die to pay in the coming months, any advice or ideas? thanks Jon
  5. Hello all, this is my first post, i thank all information in advance. I have had a few letters from Orange to pay a bill which i havent as of yet, I have recieved a bill for £146.44 dated 12/01/11. This has been outstanding for a little bit of time and getting bigger, but this particular month was a credit of £23.56, not sure why, leaving total to pay of £146.44. Moorcroft have written to me dated 26/01/11 asking to collect £431.06 stating (in other words) to pay them in the next 7 days, this has worried me a bit as i was planning to pay Orange on 31/01/11, but i cant afford to pay the higher amount, is the amount right? as letter states does contain a admin cost of £14.64, this doesnt make sense to me, what are my best options from now thank Jon
