  2. I didnt have any problem while i was with the insurer so i never made a claim. so should i contact them after 1 year now to pay them more money before my ncd can become valid? thank u
  3. hi, I urgently need your advice as i've got 2 days left : with experience please. I bought an insurance cover for my car 2 years ago, the policy docs was sent by email so I never checked it, then by the end of the 12 months contract, I was resent the written policy and a letter to say they will no longer be able to cover me due to a change of their conditions and I was given a 1 year no claim discount certificate. it's only then that I realised that the information about my driving licence was incorrect, I had a provisional licence for 3 years and drive at the side of my husband but on the pap
  4. If the lady accepted liability, can her insurer refused that and blame me instead? my insurance want me to sign a peace of paper to take the case to small claims court, is that ok? or should I just cancel everything? i mean the claim even though it is genuine? thank you again
  5. thanks you all for your replies. my cover is third part only. i want to revoke the permission so that the do not get information about my driving licence which will show that i've had a full driving licence for only a year instead of the 4 years I told them( on my insurance application and also to investigator). what they are doing is finding the liability: who was at fault even thought the lady accepted liability at the scene and is ready even today to give me a statement. is the insurance company going to tell her she was not at fault or make her say so even thought she knows she was??? well
