I take it you were the T, not LL, & the person with the N Power Contract for metered gas supply. It is not a dual fuel bill How many months does 800 pounds s/c cover?
-
That's the Brand Name, not the Model No.
-
It is approx. 8+ months between purchase and first report of any damage. I think I might consider relying on manuf 12 month Warranty. What is the Model of the w/m?

Any uninspected damage can onl oy be a cost estimate, not a quote. Your son is required to exchange Ins details with other driver pdq and notify his Insurer of the 'accident' whether or not his excess is at risk. £500 for a replacement plastic bumper + fitting may not be excessive, but can still be a [problem]. Ask other driver if he will allow your named garage/repairer to inspect the vehicle.

Creditors should register their claim with appointed Registrar asap. Employees should follow above advice.

So how did the Police get a Warrant to arrest you and on what charge? You pointed out their mistake (with evidence) and provided your ID, resulting in NFA. That's all the guy in the video had to do. The video starts with an open door and a person filming the 'unexpected' approach of EA & locksmith. The video producer has an obvious axe to grind with DCBL. Why? Does anyone sense a set-up?

Employment Contract (After Agreed Downgrade)
mariner51 replied to swisstoni's topic in Employment and minimum wage problems
If commission is not Contractual the Co does not have to pay it, despite employee expectations, but try running a s Sales Force without incentives, other than a basic salary.- 20 replies

DPA should prevent discussing debt with anyone named on the writ. Anyone can decline to show ID and suffer the consequences.

HCEO bailiff can gain peaceable entry via any unsecured entry point. When confronted with Bailiff, most people lie. Bailiff should take steps to confirm/deny his assertions.

How much was the car? How much was your contribution/loan? A woman scorned, hence the restraining Order on the OP.

Customer refusing to pay for work completed
mariner51 replied to mackem67's topic in The building trade and installers
Just send her a LBA for full agreed amount be paid in 14 days or legal recovery action will be taken. Follow through. -
What do you think your 2) relates to? It is not CPS fault, they can only rely on Council VRN info, supplied by DVLA, which suggests you have not updated your V5c address for 3 years (not DL address). If you approach Prosecutor, on day but prior to your Hearing, he may be prepared to drop the nasty FTF, if you plead guilty to the lesser charge of exceeding the speed limit.

I suggest a knowledgable, Divorce lawyer to draw up a Divorce settlement. Judge will have final say.

The outcome was? The problem is the Contract was not signed on EA premises, so no 14 day cooling-off period. Also bad move to suggest you want to cancel because another EA is prepared to offer a lower commission.

company tools /expences

Both can threaten via LBA, a SCC claim for unpaid, outstanding wages if not paid as promised. -
Every Contract has an 'implied Duty of Care'. I would not reveal my Defence until required by Court, but would start compiling it now. Similarly, until then, your friend has no Right to the Claimant's Defence. All your friend can do at moment is say to Claimant/NWNF Co. 'see you in Court' or a she sk for advice from a suitably qualified Solicitor. It is wrong to assume she has no assets at all.

When did you move? For how long did you arrange with PO for all Mail to be re-directed to your new address?
-
How did you pay? Did you keep the ticket? Get the name of the reassuring employee? T&Cs of charge back Scheme?

I started driving before there was a 70 mph NSL and the breathalyser etc, which I cannot now avoid. I have to use my Mk 1 eyeball for changes in speed limit on roads which I may have travelled recently. Since you received no prior paperwork, it is possible you Rx 6 points for FTF, an Offence that is complete 28 days from date of s172 request. Unless you were 'pulled' at time of 'exceeding the speed limit, there is no way they can identify the driver resp without s172, hence the FTF Penalty.

Paid deposit on wedding but cancelled
mariner51 replied to stuggling's topic in General Consumer Issues
What is the reason you cancelled? What was cancelled-the whole wedding? The 'planner' may have already started some work & incurred costs or already turned down another 'gig' for the same day, so NEGOTIATE rather than expect return of deposit. -
Insurance/premium-related query from a possible idiot
mariner51 replied to owlsyerfather's topic in Motor Insurance
INO best leave it to OPs Insurer to ask for any bus collisions in that road, on that date. OP SAR can only reveal any reported incidents involving her or her VRN.
