Hi, I have just had a call today from Arc claiming i owe £250 to Virgin Active after i cancelled my rolling contract in October. I was told that 'conveniently' i misse the cut of point by 1 day!!! funny that 2 of my colleagues were told different days when they went to cancel their membership. Anyway, I am now wondering what I should do. I've read some other posts but they seem to base around 12 month fixed contracts - How do i get out of this? do i have to pay?
