hi received a esa50 form to fill in,it says i could send a doctors medical support letter in with it, i went to my doctor and asked for one,and she said that she doesnt give them out to patients,to send to them,she said they usualy get in touch with her every 6 months for update,do all doctors do this. thanks

hi received my esa50 form to fill in ,it says i can send in medical proof,but iam still waiting for appoitment with neorigist and psycoligist have been waiting over a year ,my doctor says there is a long waiting list,so cant get proof,also my doctor wants £20 for a medical letter so i can send to atos,which i cant afford.if i dont send in medical proof ,will atos get in touch with my doctor to get my medical records,that way i wouldnt have to pay £20

hi i was put in the support group a couple of months ago after filling in a esa50 form ,i didnt need to go for a medical,this morning i received another esa50 form to fill in and its go to be back to them for the 16th of january, i thought they gave you 6 weeks to fill it in,also what are my chnces of staying in support group,can they take me of esa altogether,if iam in support group now

hi i was placed in the support group,without a medical ,it says i will get living expences £67.50,disability incolm guarantee £14.05,also extra money because im in the support group £32.35.total£113.90.I live alone with my son ,who is at college,can i apply for dla or anything else .Thanks

hi asking on behalf of my uncle,my uncle took early retirment,he got £25000 pension plus £65 a week pension,he has now received a letter from the tax to fill in saying how much he got ,and he may have to pay tax on the £25000 will he have to pay tax any help would be helpful

yes i see the doctor every month for my medication iam on 600mg pregabalin for nerve damage.600mg lodine painkiller.45mg mirtazapine anti depressive.300mg quinine for mustle cramps.adeal tabs for vitamin d also 2 inhalers for asthma ihave seen a neoroligist for nerve damage he said i have a trapped nerve in arm and neck .i have been waiting to get my nerves measured for about a year now .also phycitrist says he cant do nothing for me as he thinks i have brain damage
