  1. Firstly, here's a part of appeal I sent, to explain the situation: I received a response today and they're refusing to cancel my fine. Now, I didn't expect them to be cancelled... my letter was worded in a way in which to suggest that the severity of the fine was unfair, not the fact I received a fine at all. They didn't seem to take this into account at all. So I'm considering appealing again... perhaps also writing to the local paper and my MP too. Would any of these options be wise? Or am I fighting a lost cause? Furthermore, the letter stated that I have to pay with
