booyah!!! sodem, i like it ilke it i like it, some pay back, ohh yes.

the problem is sod'em know one knows mate an i think they ought to, and yes i did try to reedit my card an address,then i signed out went back an found it had'nt made a difference all the original info was back!, so i phoned my bank and cancled card, they won't be stealing my money!!.

dear sod"em, if only it were that easy my freind, there is a button to click remove card, but an error comes up saying can not remove a this time, because xbox live account is still active, so you try to cancel membership with another buton o click!, cant do that eiher, then you find out you are on auto renewal which you did not ask for and did'nt know about, so catch 22 , it is impossible to cancel anything on line, either on your console on line or using a computer, i tried both, you have to phone xbox support, an good luck with that to, i have a paypal account and had that option shown its self when i signed up i would have taken it, but it did'nt, i tried switching to that so i could remove my card under payment options, but it would'nt let me do that either, it should be my choice to remove a card or cancel a membership with ease when i want(not so with this mob) good luck! zenpul1.

anybody tried to remove their credit card from xbox live,or cancel their membership,or had auto renewal you did not ask for or know about, i just found it impossible, had to cancel bank card with bank in the end. would love to hear from anyone else who may of come across this crooked game play.

managed to get through on phone to customer service, said they were out of stock!, never let me know that after 6 days, and it didnt say out of stock on website, took my money though and confirmed order, an when i did check status of order on site it said packing!! Liars!. anyway to sum up they say they have cancled order and will refund, that remains to be seen with this lot.

i use visa debit through paypal, also mispelt[ bare] this is right one. anyway will keep you informed, thanx guys

WARNING!! to anyone that may consider buying on line from Running Beare.com. ordered shoes for freind and paid £7.50 exspress delivery, order confirmed, but since then nothing, sent 5 emails all ignored, now in paypal dispute centre, fingers crossed.
