  1. Hi This is the link to their website: http://www.corporate-group.co.uk/
  2. Hi I am enclined to tell you to look at the Sale of Goods Act. Also the 150mile test drive that the garage done did they compensate you for fuel usage and misdiagnoising the fault initially?
  3. Hi OK go to Start, Control Panel, click Administrative tools, click Services then check Bluetooth Support is not disabled. Next on My Computer right click select properties, select Device Manager and update the Bluetooth device.
  4. Hi If this claim he is making was during his bankruptcy then I would have a polite chat with the bankruptcy practitioner at the below link. Sounds to me as if he has been caught for something or getting investigated and has basically tried to pass the buck to you. This link may be of some use; http://www.aib.gov.uk/ I would discuss nothing with this individual and do as Bankfodder has stated in his post as well. Now as for GCC (Law unto themselves). Do you have your council tax bills, tenancy agreement etc for that period of your entitlements if not write to the council and ask for this. I know you have asked that Landlord to write to the council about this but you really need a copy of the letter that he sends to the council. Now you need to speak to The Benefit Counter Fraud Unit of GCC and DWP. GCC link http://www.glasgow.gov.uk/en/residents/yourhome/benefitfraud/ DWP link http://campaigns.dwp.gov.uk/campaigns/benefit-thieves/ Hope this is of some help.
  5. Hi If you have the invoice with there terms on it for that service if possible could you scan and post minus any personal details. If you dont have the full Terms & Conditions for the Valet Parking Service then request they send you a copy. Something to note if you ever think of using a service link this is to always take a note of your mileage and get it noted on any invoice before handing over keys. Then when the vehicle is returned check the mileage. Also when you get the terms have a close look at where your vehicle is actually meant to be parked!!! (remember you said the parked it outside of the hotel not the carpark them eventually put it in the actual hotel carpark) Oh almost forgot also request the detail of the Valeting Services Insurance Company and the names of the Valiter that drove your vehicle and their driving Licence details. (you dont know if they had a full UK driving licence or not)? I would also have a chat with your local trading standards or consumer direct.
  6. Hi They have recieved an up to date valuation from who? I would ask this question Also like anything did they just get 1 valuation to suit them or did they get say 3 different ones get the actual valuation?
  7. Hi Now this is interesting as they were actually charging you for a service which they by damaging your vehicle failed to provide mmm Sale of Goods and Services Act comes to mind. This is quoted from website: "Valet parking offered upon request charged at £12.50 per 24 hours. The hotel has its own car park with limited spaces".
  8. Hi JonathanFrancis Yes you have there names on that link but if you look at the actual address on that link that address is just a main office/call centre it not there actual Head Office where they actually work from which is what I have posted. Your Link was interesting especially about Barnaby Page and the IVA date as i wonder if he was still allowed to be a Director of Motormile with this IVA?
  9. Hi All The Directors Address for Motormile aint the address on your letter you recieve. They have two Directors a Neil Petty and a Barnaby Page and yes I do have the address as been dealing with this Horrible wrotten to the core well could go on and will happily put the address on here. That is only if the Site Team will allow it as dont want to get CAG into bother. Motormile Finance UK Ltd Head Office and Accounts Protection House 83 Bradford Road Leeds LS28 6AT I also have one of the director actual email address for that location but that one I will only put up with the Site Teams Permission.
  10. Hi Also what exactly is there evidence of this apart from writing to you and stating it in a letter i.e. where is there photographic evidence which I would expect them to have done for such a claim. Put it this was any monkey could have written that letter to how many people claiming the same thing. Put them to proof of their claim and until then you fully refute their claim. 1. You require the photgraphic evidence of this claim. 2. What checks were carried out before you were allocated that room and by who. 3. Date the Smoke Detector in your room was checked. 4. Date of your Recent Fire Inspection and who it was carried out by. 5. Copy of the Fire Action Plan for my Allocated Room. 6. Date of your recent Health & Safety Inspection and who carried it out. Also if the first you new of this was the CRS Letter then as well as writing to them (Recorded Delivery always keep a paper trail) I would send Travelodge a strongly worded Formal Complaint asking them why they did not contact you before passing this to CRS.
  11. Hi AS the CCTV is the Hotels yes you can use the DPA. As the PDF are pending approval have a look at this link from Information Commissioners Office: http://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/Search.aspx?collection=ico&keywords=cctv Also you require from Radisson a copy of their completed investigation into this matter and what steps they took to investigate this. I must also point out that after checking out and on collecting my car and doing a visual inspection my car was not in the condition that I have handed my car over to your company and had damage which was immediately reported to your Team Leader who accepted full liability for the damage to my car. You also require to know the Employers of the Valeting Service provided by your Hotel and a copy of your Complaints Procedure Do you mind saying which Radisson so we can checkout any term & conditions they may have to help. If you would rather not thats totally understandable.
  12. Hi Binary1 That is definetly the Spirit and as madari has pointed out we will be there to help you. Now you need to be as underhand as they are being get copies of anything that will help your case if you have a mobile that records or a dictaphone record anything thats said to you play them at their own game. Now if they have CCTV by any chance then request copies of that footage these may help:
  13. Hi Myfamily Soz for not responding earlier so they havent responded to your email. Well what I would do is write a letter folling up your email and enclose a copy of your email and also ask why they have failed to respond which is yet another Breach of their own Companies Code of Conduct which now seems not worth the paper its been written on due to the numerous breachs you company has made of its own Codes. You also now require a copy of there Complaints Procedure and a full breakdown of your repair from start to finish by your company. Due tp the complete lack of a professional service I expected from your company I have been left out of pocket for a simple repair that took your company over 3 months to complete and as such 3 months is not a reasonable time for such a simple repair. 1. Your Company took 3 months to complete a simple repair - This is not a reasonable time limit 2. Your Company has Breach its own Code of Conduct but has ignored this issue, so why advertise a Code of Conduct if your own Company is going to Breach it and ignore the Customer. 3. If the Customer Service I have recieved is anything to go by your Company also has some training issues in dealing with Customers and Complaints. 4. Why is their no Complaints Procedure Displayed on your website for consumers. Now Send it Recorded Delivery always keep a good paper trail and under your signature CC it to your Local Trading Standards and send them a copy also
  14. Hi Well being such a Hotel I would expect it to hace CCTV especially in the carpark so if I was you I would request a copy of the footage for the period of your stay. These may be of help:
  15. Hi moandcubs If the Mr C is the actual person could you please edit your post and remove his name or put Mr XXXXXXX remember this is a public forum.
  16. Hi What about Dear Sir/Madam Reference: Deposit in Dispute Further our meeting on Tuesday XX/XX/XX where you provided your evidence of reciepts/invoices for the work carried out to (property address) , I must now refute your evidence of reciepts/invoices for the following reasons: * First reciept dated 17th May - This is neither a valid reciept nor invoice but an estimate for the supplies required only. (Now you went on 15th and as you say work already completed. Only a suggestion but I wouldnt let them know this just yet something to keep up your sleeve so to speak) * Second reciept - Is neither a valid reciept nor invoice as it has been written on a blank A4 piece of paper with no invoice/reciept number, company, vat or even dated and could have been written by anyone. Due to this I now give you a further opportunity to rectify this issue by providing Valid Reciepts/Invoices for the work carried out within the next 7 working days and until these are provided I refute your claim This is only a suggestion but hopefully you see where i am coming from
  17. Hi linandsi As to the Disciplinary Process these PDF from ACAS may be of use:
  18. Hi Something you need to remember is: 1. Your were at a Disciplinary meeting as an Observer and everything discussed or any documents at that meeting are treated as Strictly Confidential. (But were you informed of this before the meeting and had the Disciplinary Panel ask the Employee being disciplined permission for you to be present in an observer capacity?) 2. You say the information was in the public domain but it would not have been your Employer that put it in the public domain. (it could have been the employee disciplined telling others that asked then spread word of mouth)
  19. Hi From what you have said your Employer has taken the reasonable belief route mainly due to you changing your version of events.
  20. Hi Also have a look at this link from ACAS of Flexible Working: http://www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=3492 and also this PDF from ACAS:
  21. Hi Terry Also if the Company he work for has Charitable status have a look at this link from the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator: http://www.oscr.org.uk/managing-your-charity/how-to-complain-about-a-charity/ Also what may be useful for you with him stalking you outside work now I assume you have a mobile is to record the conversation or even better camera it for evidence. If he approaches you at all please I know its difficult but try and ignore him and be polite (remember you dont want to give him the excuse if you do call the police to say you were using threatening behaviour towards him) if he persists then just call the police on him. It seems to me as if this individual is really wanting some sort of reaction out of you with these confrontations please dont give him the opportunity.
  22. Hi Also have a look at these links on reasonable adjustments: http://www.equalityhumanrights.com/advice-and-guidance/your-rights/disability/disability-in-employment/at-work-making-reasonable-adjustments/ http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/disabledpeople/employmentsupport/youremploymentrights/dg_4001071
  23. Hi Just remember you had informed you Employer and they had a "Duty of Care". Now I would write to your employer (recorded delivery always keep a paper trail) and request the following documents: (NOTE not what is in a staff/employee handbook as this may be a shortened version). 1. Disciplinary & Grievance Policy and Procedure (you want both) 2. Health and Safety Policy and Procedure (you want both) 3. Health & Wellbeing Policy and Procedure (you want both) 4. Stress Management Policy.
