Hi Guys, still feeling a bit teary, so will try get through this Basically told last friday, car is a write off, bear in mind im phoning the insurance company not the other way round to find out, well actually it was car garage Anyway, they said i could come down and get my bits out this sat and today ( monday), well i couldnt as snowed in so hubby phoned the car garage and they said my car was taken to a compand miles away this morning, but i was told the underwriters will be calling me first, i phoned my insurance company really distressed and even she agreed the car was taken too quickly and ive heard absolutely nothing from the insurance company, NOTHING. ive not had no calls from them, ive had to call to ask them thing, and again it was the local car garage that told us the car had gone, IS THIS ALLOWED? tHE WOMAN FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY FELT BAD AND TOLD ME SO, she could hear me cry when i told her, that her company have not informed me of anything whatsoever, and the car has just been taken, im sure legally i still own the car, ive had no payment, no one call me regards to the car NOTHING. Please can someone advise where i stand here x
